Entirely built in stainless steel.
The rotor transmission works with a planetary geared servo motor and the twister transmission works with a direct current servo motor.
Both motors are electronically controlled, which makes maintenance almost unnecessary.
It can portion from 5 to 2000 gr. and adds the following options:
– Twister and automatic hand for elaborating all kinds of cured meats.
– Connection to our 1FH25 burgers former or other meatballs or croquettes formers.
