Torrey Meat Tenderizer. Model MT43
Turns hard meat into fine and soft cuts. Tenderizer cuts up to 1 inch thickness and 8″ width. Tenderizers boneless meat without tearing it, makes it easy to cook in less time, keeping its natural juices and flavor.
Stainless steel construction, easy to clean. 3/4 Hp Motor, .55 kw single phase, 110/220 volts, 50/60 hz., Gear Transmission, max. product width 21″, 3 cm (1.25″) max. product thickness.
This Torrey MT43 Meat Tenderiser is perfect for tenderising boneless meat without tearing it, making it easier to cook while maintaining its natural juices & flavour.
Tenderizing unit easily dismountable, Turns tough meat into fine and soft cuts, Thermomagnetic Protector-in case of overload, the circuit breaker pops out and stops the equipment extending its useful life.
Safe operation-disconnects the motor if cover is opened avoiding accidents. Optional “Fajitas” unit, Long life with minimum maintenance, Hygienic. Fajitas unit is optional-the blade itself, which cuts in strips.
