The EconoRobe applies high quality coverage of numerous batters and marinades to a wide variety of product options.

Weir (or Waterfall) model – fully successful with a host of meat, fish, ethnic and vegetable produce, and has been designed to handle a wide variety of batters and marinades. The product is carried under several waterfalls of batter to insure a complete coating. The underneath of the product is coated by the fallen batter pooling in a large puddle-plate before overflowing and returning to the sump.
